Homewood Suites by Hilton Chesapeake-Greenbrier

I have to say after traveling the country for work for months at a time, I stay at many hotels. This one by far is my favorite. To begin with, he staff is amazing. My first interaction every morning is with Annette for breakfast. She makes me feel like I’m at home. The front desk and other staff are extra attentive and always smiling. Makes me happy to be here. Thank you!

What a great last minute find! Right off the highway, very friendly staff, probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Shawn at the desk, the lovely lady who set up breakfast, the housekeeping staff and the even met the GM, all so helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay after a very long trip!

Amazing staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast! One of the few hotels in the area with 1-2 bedroom suites with kitchen, their 2 bdrms have 2 bathrooms.

Eric the front desk clerk was extremely helpful in making a last minute reservation as my dad was admitted to chesapeake regional hospital and I am from Philadelphia. Annette at breakfast was friendly and personable. My mom love the oatmeal she made(just like home). Only complaint is the lack of hot water. Showers were cold. Overall a good stay for a stressful time.

Staff was very accommodating, patient and personable; perfect proximity to nearby activities and shops. Breakfast was excellent. We could only get a studio room unfortunately, but it was clean and the experience was enjoyed overall. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for 1 month and 2 weeks. We loved it. The overall hotel was very clean, and well sanitized. I live the scent each time you walked into the hotel. The breakfast was always hot and delicious. The staff at the front desk was nice and helped us when we needed anything for our room. I want to especially say thank you for Ms. Annette Green for helping my daughter each morning before she went to school. You truly made her day. I enjoyed speaking to each housekeeper. They were always nice, professional , and helpful . Thank you for suppling us with toiletries for our room. Our room was on the 5th floor. We truly enjoyed the view. It was very peaceful. I had the opportunity to meet the head manager and he was very kind. I thought it was so sweet that he treated every guest, on Wednesdays with a free dinner , with free wine. The hotel room we stayed in was very clean, even down to the linen. My family and I want to say thank you the wonderful experience. You guys made it feel like home. Thank you again.

My friend is staying here while her apartments are getting done and it seems to be very nice. A little outdated but she says that the staff has been kind. And I know for a fact that one member was very kind. I was outside with my kids who are toddlers and we were leaving and I left my phone and my friend's room and he was leaving and he said he would go and get it. He didn't have to do that and that was so very kind and I wish I knew his name. He was young and that was so sweet and I cannot thank him enough and I wish I knew his name.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Annette green is such a lovely soul and kept me fed. I enjoyed our conversations. Brian was on top of it. Cater to all my needs and questions about Virginia. Let’s not forget Ryan’s awesome hospitality.
